1 lb jar filet herrings – wash thoroughly. Grind coarsely. Add 1 gib onion, 1/2 apple, 4 hard cooked eggs
Add 1/8 c white vinegar, 1/8 c water, 1 Tbsp sugar, 1/8 tsp white pepper, 1 Tbls bread crumbs
