Here is Nancy B’s salad. It is another of the Jello-and-other-stuff variety. I’m not quite sure about the Jello and macaroni portion of this. Could it be a macaroni ring that you put the other salad ingredients inside of? There are many things about this that don’t sound good to me.
Salad (Nancy B)
1 can corned beef – chopped
1 c celery chopped
1 small onion chopped
1 green pepper chopped
3 hard boiled eggs
1 c mayonnaise
1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp horseradish
——————————
1 pkg lemon Jello
1 3/4 c water
OR
1/2 c macaroni cooked & 1 c water only in Jello. Use 4 eggs.

Hi there! I saw you posted on CNN and I was intrigued. I think it is so neat what you’re doing! Anywho, I think I may have solved the “dilemma” here with this so called salad. I simply googled, “corned beef, lemon jello” and all be darned, a Corned Beef Salad popped up.
