This originally made me think it was only for the sauce, but step 3 is for the addition of chopped ham. It doesn’t say how much, unfortunately, so add as much or as little as you feel necessary for your meal.
Ham BBQ Sauce
10 oz onion (chopped)
18 oz catsup
2 oz wet mustard (jar or prepared type)
2 oz vinegar
3 oz sugar
- Saute onions in oil until tender
- Bring all these ingredients to a boil
- Take meat (ham, chipped ham or luncheon meat) and add after mixture is boiled and heat slowly until heated completely through
