Since cooking is a ton more fun than reviewing statements and reading mail, I can only assume that Gram sat down and came up with this recipe instead. This actually sounds like it might be a little bit good since it’s covered with chocolate sauce at the end.

Peppermint Tapioca

1 egg yolk

2 cups milk

3 tbsp minute tapioca

salt

1/3 cup crushed peppermint candy

1 egg white

Mix egg yolk & small amt milk, tapioca, salt, candy. Add rest of milk, bring to boil, stirring constantly. Beat egg white – pour over other mixture. Cool – serve w. chocolate sauce.
