Pineapple Casserole

I’m not 100% sure what a pineapple casserole would taste like, but with the flour and sugar, it sounds like maybe a dessert? This is an interesting one and I wonder how it would taste. The addition of a Ritz cracker topping is very unusual.

Pineapple Drop Cookies

I’m not sure if I like the idea of the pineapple drop cookie or not. It might be a sweet and moist treat, or it could be awful. The front side of the card appears to be the original recipe and the back side is 1 1/2 times the original.
