M-M Cookies

This reminds me of a recipe for easy party cookies that I make all the time. Some times I don’t use MnMs. I use chocolate chips, white choc chips and cranberries, mint chocolate chips…whatever. They bake up nice and are always a hit.

M-M Cookies

1 cup shortening

1 cup br sugar

1/2 cup white sugar

2 eggs

2 tsp vanilla

2 1/4 c flour

1 tsp soda

1 tsp salt

1 1/2 cups M-M

Bake 375 – put 3 or 4 M-Ms on top of each cookie
