Hamburgers in Cheese Sauce

Let’s take a look at some dinner recipes, shall we? Over the next few days I’ll post a variety of dinner entree and side dish recipes. This one sounds interesting. I don’t know if I am brave enough to try it, but it does sound sort of good in that 1975 casserole sort of way.

Hamburger Pie

This reminds me a teeny tiny bit of shepherd’s pie, although that is made with mashed potatoes. Maybe more like a pot pie? It sounds like a straight up comfort food and also sounds pretty easy.
