Rocky Road

Usually, Rocky Road is a flavor of ice cream, but this recipe is for a type of cookie bar. It’s made with Rice Krispies, which are the universal base for so many delicious treats. This seems a bit like a variation of the Rice Krispie treat. I’m uncertain about the addition
